Initial Evaluation
1 hourWe start with an initial consultation to identify and go over your primary concerns.
Your Treatment Plan
4–8 weeksWe'll begin our personalized treatment plan consisting of weekly sessions and home exercises. Expect between 1-3 weekly sessions.
Final Evaluation
1 hourUpon successful completion of our treatment plan we finish treatment with a final evaluation to approve you for discharge.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a doctor's referral to schedule an appointment?
In most cases, no. Idaho allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can typically schedule your initial evaluation without a referral. If your insurance requires one, we'll help you sort that out.
Do you accept insurance?
We can work with a range of insurance plans on a case-by-case basis. Bring your insurance information to your free consult and we'll help you understand your coverage and options, including self-pay rates.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Comfortable clothing you can move in, any relevant imaging or referral paperwork, and a list of current medications. We'll handle the rest during your initial evaluation.
How long is a typical session?
Initial and final evaluations run about an hour. Regular treatment sessions during your plan are typically 45–60 minutes, depending on your goals for that visit.
