From winter skiing to summer hikes, we take for granted the activities Southeast Idaho has to offer. Taking you back to being an active player in your own life is my main goal when providing treatment.

My treatment plans distill over 20 years of physical therapy experience combined with my own desire to integrate the healing process into daily living. I look at physical therapy as a tool to get you back to doing what you love to do.

Initial Evaluation

We start with an initial consultation to identify and go over your primary concerns. Then, we’ll get a baseline we can set goals from for our treatment plan.

Time: 1 hour

Your Treatment Plan

We’ll begin our personalized treatment plan consisting of weekly sessions and home exercises. Expect between 1-3 weekly sessions. Throughout our treatment plan we’ll assess your progress and adjust as we go.

Time: 4-8 weeks

Final Evaluation

Upon successful completion of our treatment plan we finish treatment with a final evaluation to approve you for discharge.
